JEFF AURTHUR
Jeff Arthur is a financier, real estate developer, and entrepreneur with an unparalleled enthusiasm for business. For 15 + years through his own endeavors and affiliated companies Jeff has been involved with a multitude of real estate development projects of a wide range and scale both on an individual and institutional level, totaling over 300mm+ in value. Jeff has successfully done projects in multifamily, single family, office, and hospitality. In 2019 Jeff completed the 183,000 sq ft. office project and sold the asset to a
1large institutional buyer. This was the largest ground up office development in Portland, OR over the last 20 years and include a 15-year lease with a credit tenant as the sole occupier.
Currently Jeff is co-founder of CENTRL office, a Portland based co-working operator. CENTRL has 7 locations in 3 states. Jeff also holds a minority interest in several other operating businesses including, Arthur Mutal investments, Pearl Medspa and Lumina Vision Partners
After graduating with a BA in finance from the University of Arizona, Jeff worked briefly in Chicago as a floor options trader and then moved to New York to become a merger-arbitrage trader for the boutique Madison Trading.
Outside of work Jeff enjoys golf, tennis, and travel. He is also very involved with charitable organizations including the Tumaini Home in Kenya, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Humane society, and Seeds of Hope in Costa Rica. Jeff resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and son.
ADAM KAWALSKI
Adam Kowalski has 10 years of experience in the real estate investment and development business. He specializes in acquisitions and successfully getting real estate deals capitalized. He has innate sense for finding value though real estate and is passionate about negotiating real estate deals for himself and his partners. Adam has executed on over
$250,000,000 of projects in Oregon, Texas, and California.
In the past he has worked with renowned firms such as Rockwood Capital, Hines, Menashe Family office and many others. Adam is currently focused on executing on deals in the middle income and attainable housing space on the west coast. His goal is to deliver these assets at a below market basis, with the main product types being single family rental developments, hotel to multi family conversions, and value add multi family assets.
Kowalski played competitive golf in high school and college. He currently resides in Portland, OR with his wife Olivia and their chocolate lab leo.
