Valer Investments is a real estate firm that is focused on acquiring
multi family and build to rent communities.  The partners at Valer
have a 10+ year working relationship and have jointly
executed $500m+ of real estate investments. Based in Scottdale, AZ and
Portland, OR, the group is focused on acquiring assets in WA, OR, CA,
AZ, UT, and Texas. We are backed by several multibillion dollar family
offices and institutions. In the past we have worked with renowned
firms such as Rockwood, Hines, Mandrake capital and many others. Our
core focus is acquiring deals in the 10m-50m space, however we have
executed on transactions anywhere from 5m-145m.
