Adam Kowalski
Adam has 10 years of experience in the real estate investment and development business. He specializes in acquisitions and successfully getting real estate deals capitalized. He has innate sense for finding value though real estate and is passionate about negotiating real estate deals for himself and his partners.
Adam has executed on over $250,000,000 of projects in Oregon, Texas, and California. In the past he has worked with renowned firms such as Rockwood capital, Hines, Menashe Family office and many others. Kowalski played competitive golf in high school and college. He currently resides in Portland, OR with his wife Olivia and their chocolate lab Leo.
